Dr. Jack B. DuClos: providing expert orthodontic treatment with a caring approach
For more than 20 years, Dr. DuClos has helped thousands of Alaskans achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. He has built a warm and welcoming practice dedicated to first-class patient care and to bettering the community at large.
Dr. DuClos completed undergraduate studies at Gonzaga University and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at UCLA School of Dentistry, where he graduated at the top of his class in 1992. He completed a three-year residency in Orthodontics at UCSF School of Dentistry in 1995 before returning to the place he calls home to practice orthodontics.
Family and interests
Dr. DuClos and his wife Jennifer are life-long Alaskans with three daughters: Anna, Kate, and Ella. They enjoy spending family time together in the great Alaska outdoors. Favorite activities include camping, hiking, fat tire mountain biking, skiing, fishing Lake Creek and the Deshka River, and spending time at Big Lake and at their summer fish camp on the Beluga River.
Do not be surprised if you cross paths with Dr. DuClos at one of the local ice rinks facing off at one of his men’s league hockey games, or playing in the West High Hockey Annual Alumni Tournament.
